Elderflower collins

Shake up the most delicious drink of the summer with elderflower and lemon. Dip the rim of the glass in sugar and mint. A real summer hit!

Ingredients

60 ml concentrated elderflower cordial
30 ml freshly squeezed lemon juice
20 ml Dansukker White Baking Syrup
40 ml gin, optional
Ice 
Soda water

To decorate
1 lime
3 mint leaves 
13 g Dansukker Granulated Sugar

Instructions

Mix the sugar and mint in a bowl. Rub the lime along the rim of the glass and then dip the glass into the mint and sugar mixture. 

Fill the glass with ice. Mix the elderflower juice, lemon juice, syrup, ice and gin, if used, in a shaker. Shake until cold and strain into the glass. Top up with soda water.
